We are currently seeking a Personal Injury Legal Assistant with a minimum of two years of litigation experience to join our trusted and hardworking team. If you thrive in a supportive, client-focused environment and have experience managing personal injury cases, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Support our attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation with detailed file management, document preparation, and communication.

Manage client communications with empathy and professionalism, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their case.

Organize and track case deadlines, court filings, discovery, and medical documentation with precision and care.

Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, experts, and opposing counsel to keep cases moving efficiently.

Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and document indexing.

Use case management software—experience with Clio is a strong plus—to maintain accurate and up-to-date files.

Who You Are

You bring at least 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law.

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.

You communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members.

You’re comfortable using technology to enhance productivity—Clio knowledge is a bonus.

You value honesty, realistic expectations, and working collaboratively toward positive client outcomes.

Comprehensive Benefits

Cravens & Noll offers a comprehensive benefits package. including health and dental insurance. A description of many of our benefits can be found below.

Health and Dental Insurance
The firm offers health and dental care coverage under its group health insurance policies to all full-time employees. Prescription drug benefits are included in the firm’s health plans. New employees are eligible to receive health and dental benefits on the first day of the first full month of employment.

401(k) Profit-Sharing Plan
Employees are eligible to participate in the firm’s 401(k) plan on the first pay date following three months of employment with 250 hours of service. Cravens & Noll, on a discretionary basis, provides a generous matching contribution to all qualifying employee 401(k) plans. This matching contribution is vested when made. Cravens & Noll also provides, on a discretionary basis, a profit-sharing contribution to all qualifying 401(k) plans. Vesting of profit-sharing contributions occurs after three years of employment.

Annual Leave
Full-time employees are eligible to receive paid annual leave, the amount of which increases based on years of service with the firm.

Holidays
The firm observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
