Fees for Representation

We know that every legal matter is always personal with individual needs and requirements. This means that the cost of representing you can different depending on the individual facts of each case. The only flat fee that does not vary, as outlined below, are the fees for bankruptcy.

We have represented over 25,000 Virginians across 4 decades in business and our fees listed below are estimated costs of representation so that you have a better understanding of what to expect moving forward. The determination of the exact fees involved in your case will depend on the facts involved in your case. This exact retainer amount will be determined once you speak with one of our attorneys during your initial consultation. Additionally, your lawyer will speak with you in person to discuss payment plans for your case. Our legal fees are the same across the board for our offices located in the Richmond Metro area, and our office in Harrisonburg.
