- Keep calm and don't argue.
- DO NOT accuse anyone or admit guilt or fault.
- Go to the doctor if you have any pain, soreness, numbness or nausea.
- Notify your insurance carrier or local agent immediately.
- File a report with police or state as advised by law enforcement.
- Get the name and number of police responding to the accident.
