Our three attorneys each take a somewhat different approach to our profession, and this combination of our skills and experience can often lead us to a favorable result that none of us could have achieved alone. Managing partner Joe Cravens is a former U.S. Army JAG officer who brings an aggressive but creative approach to criminal defense, divorce, and personal injury litigation. Partner David Noll applies more relaxed but effective tactics to the negotiation and resolution of difficult family law, bankruptcy, and business issues. Associate attorney Allan Burns is still fairly new, but he has shown an excellent understanding of bankruptcy and business law, and brings outstanding research and writing skills to support our civil litigation and criminal defense trial practice. The three of us have more than 30 years of combined legal experience.

With offices in Chesterfield and Henrico, we are equally convenient for residents of Southside and West End Richmond. Depending on the case, we will also represent clients all over Virginia, from Bristol to the Potomac. For serious traffic violations or minor drug offenses, we represent drivers and college students from out of state on terms that will relieve you of the need to return to Virginia in most cases.
