A Diverse Legal Team
Joe Cravens, president and managing partner, is a former U.S. Army JAG officer. He is a respected litigator and ranked very good by Martindale Hubbell maintaining a BV-rating* for over 10 years. He is a frequent lecturer to attorneys at various statewide continuing legal education seminars. He is an innovative and aggressive trial lawyer who attacks cases with tenacity. He is experienced in all aspects of personal injury, divorce, and criminal defense. He heads up the litigation section of Cravens & Noll.
Partner David Noll leads the Bankruptcy Practice Group and focuses primarily on bankruptcy and personal injury. David is an excellent negotiator. He brings a calm and collaborative approach to negotiating and solving family law issues, handling bankruptcy and business issues, and settling personal injury cases.
Allan Burns focuses on domestic relations, bankruptcy and personal injury. He brings extensive research and writing skills to support our trial practice team, and is a well-qualified litigator.
